After years of designing digital products and experiences, I shifted my focus to research, because I believe to achieve greater impact through customer centric and evidence-based decision-making.
During the past years, I have applied a strategic approach to exploratory and evaluative research. And all in all, I just really enjoy getting to the bottom of problems and figuring out, how to solve them.
